Purchase Options


At IVExpress we would like to make purchasing the latest presentation and conferencing technologies as easy as possible.

Options to purchase are the following:

 

Credit Card

The most convenient option to purchase is through our Shopping Cart facility which allows you to automatically purchase with the following credit cards.

    

Just click on the shopping cart logo on your selected products and you will be guided to put in your details and then be taken to a secure area to enter your credit card details. It is that easy.


Credit Card transations will incur the following surcharge on your order total;
Visa / Mastercard - 1.5 %
Diners - 3.1 %
Amex - 3 %

As a customer you will have your own secure login to IVExpress.com.au which will make it even easier when you decide to make further purchases in later. Visit our Privacy Policy.

 

Purchase Order

Our Shopping Cart also allows you to purchase by Purchase Order as is the preference of many approved businesses and government agencies. Just click on the shopping cart logo on your selected product and you will be directed to put in your details and upload a soft copy of your Purchase Order or to fax it to 03 8420 4003. It can also be emailed to info@ivexpress.com.au.

Note that your organisation needs to be an IVExpress or iVision account holder to be able to buy with a Purchase Order (For Govt Purchasers please see below) and you will be required to enter your account number. If you do not know your number, please call 1800 637 490. To apply for an account please download our Account Application Form.

As an account holder you will be invoiced and be able to pay by cheque, Electronic Funds Transfer or credit card. See our Terms and Conditions. Note that as an approved IVExpress or iVision account holder you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions executed as part of the account application process. In the event of any inconsistency of those terms and conditions and these IVExpress terms and conditions the iVision account terms and conditions will prevail.

 

Government Purchasers

IVExpress is a division of iVision. iVision is certified as an Australian Government Endorsed Supplier.
If you are purchasing on behalf of a Local, State or Commonwealth department or agency feel free to order by purchase order as your department or agency will be pre-qualified by iVision.

As well as faxing your purchase order to 03 8420 4003 you can use the convenience of the shopping cart facility which will allow you to up load a soft copy of your purchase order. You can also email the purchase order to to info@ivexpress.com.au. Of course, the department/agencies’ credit card will also be accepted in the shopping cart if you choose.

 

Request for Quote

To request a quote for a product, the easiest way to do this is to click on the name of the product you require. This will take you to a page with more detail. On this page click on the Request an Automated Quote link and you will automatically be sent a quote by email.
